For excellent strength in extreme operating conditions, COMP Cams incorporates a proprietary bronze alloy roller bushing, while a captured link bar joins individual lifters together. In an effort to eliminate the culprit for most roller lifter failures, axle and wheel oil starvation, COMP Cams developed a new oiling system that ensures consistent roller wheel and axle lubrication. COMP Cams Race XD Solid Roller Lifter sets are available in 0.842” and 0.904” diameter bodies for both Chevrolet Small Block and Big Block engines. 0.080” and 0.160” offset seats are available for 0.842” diameter lifters while 0.090” and 0.180” offset seats fit the 0.904” diameter lifters.
