Connect the rear upper shock mounts and reinforce the chassis on your 1964-1972 A-Body with a rear shock tower brace from BMR Suspension. BMR?s Rear Strut Tower Brace (STB412) firms up the A-Body chassis by adding loads of strength and support to the factory rear frame that tends to flex, even with mild amounts of torque and horsepower. The BMR Rear Strut Tower Brace is constructed from lightweight DOM steel tubing and laser cut 3/l6-inch steel plate to provide maximum strength without adding unnecessary bulk.
BMR has designed the STB412 for the street performance, drag race, and handling applications. This two-point design solidly links the rear frame, adding strength to the chassis.
Fits 1964-1972 GM A-Body;Dramatically increases rear chassis stiffness;Improves handling and performance;Manufactured from 1 1/4-inch DOM steel tubing;Uses 3/16-inch steel plate;100% bolt-in design; All necessary grade 8 hardware included;Designed for street performance, drag race, and handling applications;Proudly designed and made in the U.S.A.
