The new adjustable upper control arms did the trick. I was able to get some space in the front wheel well for my tire to turn without hitting the fender. That outcome made the entire suspension upgrade to my 1965 El Caino work fantastically.
So, there were several things about this whole order that really impressed me!! The whole order and tracking was very well put together! I knew were my stuff was and when it would get here! I am always pretty skeptical of ordering from new places. I found a memorial day deal on a battery for a motorcycle, but more than that I also founda new website that I can trust to order my motorcycle's parts!!!! When this battery came in I was have to expecting an old left on the shelf battery, but it was quite the opposite I received a "hot off the presses" brand new battery that looks amazing!! I have been scammed and cheated at those local retailer guys or boys several times already. I am really excited to have a vendor I feel I can trust!!!
The skid plate wasn't too heavy and well packaged. The manufacturer did provide extra allen screws and now I know why. Before installing the skid plate make sure you are able to remove the eight screws that are holding the plate access to the oil filter and oil drain plug. The manufacturer installed the screws on the skid plate and decided to torque the living daylights out of the screws. Most of the screws were stripped!
You either have to remove the skid plate again to have access to end screws and twist them off whith a pliers or improvise with some other tactics to remove the stripped screws. Replacing the either screws was not on the manula provided either otherwise I'd of rated the item 5 stars.
