The BRT2 HVAC Belt Tool is engineered specifically for Polaris Northstar HVAC models that use a serpentine belt to drive the A/C pump and alternator. Because these systems do not use a belt tensioner, proper belt installation requires a model-specific tool to prevent damage and ensure correct fitment. Designed to safely guide and stretch the belt onto the pulleys, the BRT2 allows for controlled installation without harming the belt or pulley surfaces. Simply route the new belt through the pulleys, install the belt onto the tool and onto the A/C pump pulley, then rotate the tool to smoothly guide the belt into place. Complete, step-by-step instructions are included. Manufactured in the USA from billet steel and plated for long-term durability, the BRT2 delivers professional-grade performance at a lower cost than the OE tool.
