Unfortunately, this meant positioning components, namely the oil cooler, in precarious positions. Placed on the undercarriage and parallel to the road*s surface, the G8X oil cooler is vulnerable to bumps, scrapes, debris, and other road hazards.--The engineers at Mishimoto recognized this shortcoming while developing the Mishimoto 2021+ BMW G8X M3/M4 performance oil cooler, and in true Mishimoto fashion, pushed the limits to construct the Mishimoto 2021+ BMW G8X M3/M4 skid plate. This skid plate is constructed from high-strength aluminum and features a cross-cut design to protect your stock or Mishimoto performance oil cooler while still allowing ample airflow. It includes a corrosion-resistant black powder-coated finish and everything required for a smooth and simple installation * no cutting or modifications necessary!--As with all our products, the Mishimoto 2021+ BMW G8X M3/M4 skid plate comes with our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a lifetime of protection.
