This arived in a box that didnt belong to the part with parts i didnt order. There was no mounting hardware or instructions. No response from seller. I did wait a while before opening the box as i wasnt ready to install it yet.

You can now add an animated startup feature to your ORACLE Illuminated Letters with the ORACLE LED sequencer. With six outputs and easy to wire installation, this allows the lights to create an animated sequence upon startup and then stay in a steady "ON" state. Simply connect to power and ground, then connect the individual letters to the color-coded wires to complete the wiring installation. Power is easy with the included add-a-circuit.
