If you enjoy your Super Dutys current ride quality, keep it. This kit does not change the ride at all. It spaces the lower factory mount up at the axle knuckle where the coil spring sits (coil seat). It simply relocates the coil seat up to raise your suspension clearance to make room to run larger, more aggressive 33-inch tires. This 1-piece spacer integrates smoothly with the factory suspension geometry and function perfectly. This cast ductile iron spacer matches the factory knuckle and coil seat contours perfectly. Keep your factory Ford shocks too. Skyjacker provides a strong tab-and-slot interlocked design 1-piece shock extension bracket to reposition your shocks up. You can upgrade your shocks later down the road. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. The sway bar lowering brackets realign the front sway bar working angle to achieve maximum sway control. Drop spacers reposition the front bump stops.
