UMI’s extended design solves this problem by offering the extra length needed while maintaining precise alignment. The locating pins ensure the leaf spring pack remains properly positioned on the axle pad, reducing the risk of movement under hard acceleration, braking, or cornering. This leads to a more secure installation, better traction, and improved confidence when pushing the vehicle on the street or track.
UMI’s leaf spring pin kit includes four extended 4140 CrMo pins to precisely center leaf springs with lowering blocks or pinion shims. Factory pins are often too short. 100% Made in USA for strength and reliability.
