All these details work together to provide you with damping that does not fade. Our 20mm hardened chrome piston rods give the design added strength and durability. To achieve a customizable ride height, our coilovers feature trapezoid threading on their exterior and a spring perch that easily moves up or down to set your ride height as desired. After customizing the height, it is important to adjust the bump stop engagement; we supply a progressive rate polymer, open-cell, bump stop, and packers to do just that. Our coilover design uses a main spring and a helper spring. The helper spring keeps tension on the main spring when the suspension is at full droop to remain seated in place. Both are made of cold-formed, high tensile steel and are powder coated for longevity. For a reduction in noise and vibrations, we use a high durometer vulcanized rubber bushing at the lower mount.
