The process starts with 5160H chromium alloy material, a presetting process and advanced method of shot peening. Compressing the spring completely down to where the coils touch (solid height) is preset. This takes any fatigue or stress off the spring and eliminates sagging. Center Hinge drop brackets and Radius arm drop brackets lower the OEM axle and radius arm mounts to maintain the correct specifications for proper alignment. Softride(R) Technology leaf springs have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon(R) wear pads between leafs help eliminate friction. Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX M2.0 Adventure Series Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX M2.0 has a race-inspired full-displaced valving system. Nitrogen charged with Internal Floating Piston Technology = Quickest Shock Reaction Time Ever. Together this complete kit maintains the factory geometry angles, alignment specifications and structural strength.
