Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

In-warehouse items: we process your order within 1 business day and deliver to most of the lower-48 U.S. states in 2–4 days.

Direct-ship from the manufacturer/brand: the brand takes on average 1–3 business days to process the order (depending on their order volume), plus 2–4 days for delivery (depending on your shipping address).

Oversized freight orders: shipping typically takes around 3–5 business days.

For standard shipping we use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, chosen based on the fastest delivery time to your address. For destinations close to one of our warehouses, we may also use OnTrac.

If you have a preference, you can choose UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.

Orders, Pickup & Tracking

No — we don't stock or store any products at our location, so local pickup isn't available. Every order ships directly from one of our four national distribution warehouses or straight from the brand's manufacturer, whichever gets it to you fastest.

We ship from four national distribution centers — Reno, NV, Arlington, TX, Whiteland, IN, and Hatfield, PA — plus direct-from-manufacturer shipments when that's quicker. Your order is routed from whichever location can reach you fastest. See the map of our distribution network on our Shipping Policy page.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check live status anytime on our Track My Order page.

Stolen or never-delivered packages: if the carrier marks your package delivered but it's stolen or never arrives, we'll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that claim outcomes are decided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If you're concerned about delivery, we offer an optional Signature on Delivery add-on while you're shopping — we recommend adding it to your order for extra protection.

Missing or wrong items in the box: if items are missing from the original package or you received the wrong product, contact us to start a replacement, or reach out to the manufacturer directly for warranty coverage.
