Nationwide Shipping

Our National Distribution Network

We don't keep stock at a local storefront. Every order ships from one of four national distribution centers — or direct from the brand's manufacturer — so your parts reach you as fast as possible, wherever you are.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  1. Distance between the delivery address and the nearest of our four national warehouse locations

  2. Total product weight and dimensions

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times by Order Type

Most NLP Performance orders fall into one of three fulfillment types. Estimated timeframes below are in addition to any carrier delays:

  • In-warehouse items — processed within 1 business day and delivered to most of the lower-48 U.S. states in 2–4 business days.

  • Direct-ship from the manufacturer/brand — the brand takes on average 1–3 business days to process the order (depending on their order volume), plus 2–4 business days for delivery (depending on your shipping address).

  • Oversized freight orders — delivery typically takes around 3–5 business days (see Freight Shipping below for scheduling and accessorial details).


Shipping Carriers

For standard shipping, we use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, selected based on the fastest delivery time to your address. For destinations close to one of our warehouses, we may also use OnTrac for regional delivery.

At checkout, you can choose your preferred service:

  • UPS Ground — standard ground delivery.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air — expedited 2-business-day delivery.

Oversized or heavy items ship via freight carriers (see Freight Shipping above).

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or unexpected logistics issues.


Freight Shipping (Large / Heavy Items)

Some oversized or heavy items require freight shipping, including:

  • Large performance parts

  • Oversized exhaust systems

  • Heavy engine or drivetrain components

Freight delivery details:

  • Customers will be contacted to schedule delivery.

  • Residential freight may require appointment or lift-gate service.

  • Additional accessorial fees (e.g., lift-gate, inside delivery, limited access) may apply depending on carrier requirements.


Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • International shipping is available for majority products.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
